RETURN POLICY - BOOK LONA STORE

We want every purchase from Book Lona Store to bring you joy.

If something isn't quite right, we're always here to help.

+ Returns within 14 days

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused
  • in perfect condition
  • in its original packaging
  • all items from the set are included

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • opened or used gift sets
  • mugs that have been used
  • notebooks with writing inside
  • sale/discounted items
  • items damaged by the customer
    Damaged or incorrect item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we're truly sorry.

Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

  • For regular returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, Book Lona Store covers all replacement shipping costs.
    Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed

to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

• Lost packages

Once the order is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.

If a package is lost, please file a claim using your tracking number.
